PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE), Corporate Tax No. 514678429, with registered office at Avenida da Quinta Grande, 53 – 7º D, Edifício Prime, Alfragide, 2610-156 Amadora, in view of the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016), we are providing you with the following information regarding collection and processing of your personal data:
1 - Grounds and Purposes of Processing
1.1 - The grounds for collecting and processing Applicants' personal data is the consent provided by the applicant for the following purposes: personnel selection and recruitment.
1.2 - The purpose of the information collected and stored on the database is to allow Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE) to process the applications from the Applicants in response to the job and/or apprenticeship offers published by Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE) or, in the case of a speculative application, in order to allow for its inclusion in any future recruitment processes.
2 - Personal data categories collected and processed
2.1 - For the purposes mentioned above, Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE) may collect and process any of the Applicants' personal data necessary and indispensable for the aforementioned purposes, as follows:
Identification and Contacts: name, date and place of birth, nationality, gender, identification document, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address.
Academic qualifications, training and professional activity: course, educational establishment, average scores, start and end date, academic degree, knowledge of languages, professional career.
Interests and Availability: areas of professional and personal interest, geographic availability.
2.2 - The data subject declares that the data provided to Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE) are true, accurate, complete and up to date. The Applicant is responsible for the truthfulness of the data communicated and for keeping them up to date.
3 - Personal Data Retention Period
3.1 - The period during which Applicants' personal data will be kept on the database is:
. up to 12 months for speculative applications or until the Applicant asks for them to be restricted or deleted;
. up to five years if the application is made under the scope of a specific recruitment process, in compliance with legal obligations.
4 - Data Controller, Processors and other Recipients

4.2 - Entities that work with Construction Concept Europe, Lda., whether as clients or suppliers, may be recipients of the data under the scope of their business relationship.
4.3 - The companies contracted to carry out selection and recruitment process for Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE) may also be recipients of the data.
4.4 - Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE), as data controller, hereby declares that it has a written agreement with all its Processors or Clients, through which they undertake to comply with the GDPR. The Applicants' personal data are only processed under the terms and conditions described here and for the purposes mentioned here, insofar as strictly necessary.
5 - Rights of the Applicant as Data Subject
5.1 - Applicants are assured of the following rights under the terms of the applicable legislation:
- Right of access to their data and information on the processing operation; to know if their data are been processed or not; if they were transferred to another entity; where they were sent;
- Right of rectification of personal data that are out of date, incorrect or incomplete;
- Right to erasure or right to be forgotten: the data subject is entitled to ask the data controller to erase his or her data;
- Right to restriction of processing: the data subject is entitled to have his or her personal data marked in order to restrict future processing;
- Right to data portability: the data subject is entitled to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided, and have those data transmitted to another controller;
- Right to object: the data subject is entitled to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to processing of personal data concerning him or her that are based on legitimate interests or public interest, including the profiling based on these provisions;
- Right not to be subject to exclusively automated individual decision-making, including profiling;

6 - Consent of the data subject and his or her right to change or withdraw this consent
6.1 - Applicants hereby give their consent to the processing of the aforementioned personal data, under the terms and conditions of this document, by Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE), for the purposes indicated here.
6.2 - Applicants may change or withdraw their consent at any time, with effects for the future, through the contacts for the data controller indicated above.
6.3 - If Applicants withdraw their consent, this will not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that date.
6.4 - The processing of Applicants' personal data is indispensable for carrying out the personnel selection and recruitment process. Therefore, any Applicant changing or withdrawing their consent will be excluded from these selection and recruitment processes.
7 - Transfer of data to third countries
7.1 - Data may be transferred to entities with a business relationship with Construction Concept Europe, Lda., whether Clients or suppliers.
8 - Existence of automated decision-making
8.1 Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE) does not make automated decisions based on the data being processed. All decisions have a human intervention and analysis component.
9 - Security measures
9.1 - Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE) hereby declares that it complies with all the provisions of the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016).
9.2 - Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE) has the necessary technical and organisational security measures in place to ensure the security of the personal data it collects and processes, and to prevent them from alteration, loss or unauthorised processing or access, bearing in mind the status of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks they are exposed to.
10 - Personal data breach
10.1 - When a personal data breach occurs that could imply a high risk to the rights and freedoms of Applicants, Construction Concept Europe, Lda., (CCE) must notify them of this breach in good time.
10.2 - This notification must contain the nature of the personal data breach; an indication of a contact point where further information can be obtained, a description of the probable consequences of the personal data breach; a description of the measures adopted or proposed by the data controller to repair the personal data breach and, as the case may be, measures to mitigate any adverse effects arising from it.
