1. Declaration of consent to the processing of the data collected.
For the purpose of protecting my personal data collected on the online job application form for CCE, Construction Concept Europe, Lda., I declare that I am fully aware that the data collected will be used solely for my job application and I hereby give my express consent to their processing by the company; the data will remain in the possession of the company for use for no more than 5 years. The data will be automatically deleted from the company's database after this time.

2. Access to, rectification of and requesting the erasure of the data collected
As data subject, I hereby declare that I was duly informed by the company that, if I so desire and have grounds for this, I am entitled to free access to my personal data at the company, requesting their rectification or erasure, as well as to object, by contacting the company by e-mail for this purpose, at rgpd@constructionconcept.eu, or in writing to the company's offices in Alfragide, the address of which is in the contacts on this company website, care of the company's “data protection officer”.
